Exceptional family-owned inn with grand hotel luxury. Friendly staff, great late dinner, comfy and clean rooms. Half board option with delicious meals. Gorgeous location in the mountainside over Bolzano.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and despite arriving late, they prepared a great meal for me. My room was very comfortable and clean, with a big tub and balcony to relax on. The hotel is placed in a wonderful scene, perched on the mountainside with a gorgeous view over the city. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hotel provided convenient transportation options. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were luxurious. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location made this a fantastic place to stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel location was breathtaking and perfect for a romantic escape. We were amazed by the views and the fresh air. the staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They even prepared a special dinner for us when we arrived late. the room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. the spa was a great bonus, and we loved the hot tub and sauna.
The road to the hotel was a bit challenging, especially at night. We would recommend arriving before dark to avoid difficulties.

If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay in the mountains near Bolzano, look no further! the hotel is situated in a stunning scene and offers comfortable and clean rooms. the staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. the half board option is highly recommended, as the meals are absolutely delicious. Plus, there's a fabulous spa where you can unwind after a long day of exploring.
One minor downside is the winding roads leading up to the hotel, so it's advisable to arrive before dark.
